They run on top of the tools you already use.

A short discovery call to understand your business and goals, then I pull your data and build your portal and first automations. After that it's an ongoing partnership — I keep everything running and bring you findings and recommendations on a regular cadence.
How much of my time does it take?
As little as possible. The whole point is that the software and I do the heavy lifting — you're not learning a tool or maintaining anything. You share access to your data once, then mostly just review what I bring you.
What tools do you connect to?
Whatever runs your business — booking and scheduling (e.g. Vagaro), point-of-sale (e.g. Square), accounting (e.g. QuickBooks), Google Workspace, and more. If you can export it or connect it, I can work with it.
How fast will I see results?
You'll have a working portal and first automations within the build period. The automations start plugging revenue leaks right away; the deeper analytics compound as more of your data flows through.

How much does it cost?
A one-time $3,500 build to get you set up, plus a monthly retainer based on the plan that fits. The entry plan is designed to recover more than it costs — so it's less an expense than plugging a leak.
What are the plans?
Lens ($1,000/mo) is analytics-led with light automation and a monthly check-in. Engine ($3,000/mo) is automation-led with unlimited automation builds. Helm ($5,000/mo) is a proactive partnership with a weekly cadence and deeper statistical work. We land on the one that fits — and the audit shows you the dollars before you commit to anything.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No minimum term. It's month-to-month, with an annual option that gives you two months free. If you ever cancel, you can export everything within 30 days — no hostage data.
Do you guarantee results?
I won't promise a specific number — but everything is grounded in your actual data, and I model the expected ROI up front so you decide with real figures, not a sales pitch. If it doesn't pencil out for you, I'll tell you straight.
